We clean empty properties. If furniture is still in on the day there's an $80 reschedule fee.

Yes. Every job is covered by $10 million public liability insurance.

Yes, all equipment and products.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We clean between tenants, send the photo report straight to the property manager and can invoice the agency on 14 day terms.
